Event Description

Aspiring artists, emerging entomologists and growing green thumbs, join us for a creative workshop illustrating insects!

You will be guided by Georgia Angus, illustrator and author of '100 Australian Butterflies, Bees, Beetles & Bugs'.

In this interactive workshop, Georgia will show you how to create your own unique artwork celebrating bugs that support the ecosystem here in the The City of Melton.

Georgia Angus is an author and illustrator based in Corhanwarrabul (the Dandenong Ranges). She splits her time between writing, making art, studying environmental science, and bushwalking. Her first book, '100 Australian Birds', was published by Hardie Grant in 2021, followed by both '100 Australian Butterflies, Bees, Beetles & Bugs' and 'Birds with Personality' in 2023.
