June 1993 was the beginning of a reign of terror for residents of Frankston, Victoria. It began when 18-year-old, Elizabeth Stevens, was murdered on her way home from the bus stop. Next, young mother, Debbie Fream was abducted on a short trip to the shops. Three weeks later, Year 12 student, Natalie Russell, was brutally murdered on her way home from school.
The killer, Paul Denyer, was captured and sentenced to life in prison. More than thirty years on, the trauma of his seven-week killing spree still haunts the community.
