Preschool Storytime: Book Week

Book Week is back! From 16 to 23 August, you're invited to celebrate your favourite books and stories, and share them with the world. Come along to a very special Storytime, dressed up as your favourite book character!

Hosted by the Children's Book Council of Australia, Book Week is a much-loved tradition for book lovers, nationwide. This year marks a special milestone for Book Week, celebrating 80 years! The theme for this years' book week is 'Book an Adventure!', inviting young readers to embark on fantastical journeys, and travel through the worlds that books open up.

Storytime sessions include stories, songs, rhymes, and an introduction to AUSLAN (Australian Sign Language). These sessions are perfect for pre-school children and their grown-ups. You’ll also earn Read, Sing, Chat points for attending!
