In this workshop, nutritionist Dr Mitra Zarrati will explain how a healthy diet can help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression.
The workshop explores which nutrients boost brain function and mood, plus the impact of processed foods and sugar on mental health.
Learn practical tips for eating better and feeling better, at this special event as part of our Learning Festival opening celebration.
