One of Australia's most beloved romance writers, Rachael Johns knows how to make us laugh, cry and even fall in love. Her latest novel, 'The Lucky Sisters', is a deeply moving story about life, death, and the miracles in between.
Adopted twins, Nora and Stevie, have always been close, despite different personalities. When their mother dies, Nora convinces Stevie to search for their biological parents, only to learn that they may not have long to live. The news sends them spiralling in opposite directions, both driven by the same question: what would you do if you thought each day might be your last?

Rachael Johns is the bestselling author of 'The Patterson Girls', winner of the ABIA for General Fiction, and two-time recipient of the Romance Writers of Australia's RUBY Award.
Emma Mugglestone's debut, 'The Reality of Us', won the League of Romance Writers Emily Award and Romance Writers of Australia Emerald Award in 2023, and placed second in the Romance Writers of Australia's 2024 Romantic Book of the Year.
