Ever wondered about those funny words on the walls at Melton Library? Who were Richards and Davey? And what does Balam Balam mean? Our meeting rooms were named after some fascinating local characters, from geologists to ornithologists, entrepreneurs and more. As part of our 10th birthday celebrations, you're invited to come along and hear their stories from Family and Local History Librarian, Dr Pete Minard.
