Come along to our Care Finder and My Aged Care presentation, facilitated by IPC Health. This friendly, informal information session is designed to help older Australians, their families, and carers to learn about Aged Care in simple terms.
We can show you where to find information on different services, understand your eligibility, and contact service providers to help with housework, home care, or residential aged care.
