Event Description
Join our Winter wellness session, and be guided by Kirti from Mindfulness Works Australia through meditative practice to help us focus on de-stressing, creating simple tools to cope with anxiety or depression and learn to calm the nervous system when under pressure. Taking care of our mental and physical health is often a last thought during the cold winter months as it can be hard to find motivation.
Bring along your yoga mat or a blanket, have a break from reality and relax in the library.
