Spring is a wonderful time to clear out those cluttered cupboards at your house and bring along your donatable items to the Melton Recycling Facility! 

Take the opportunity to pass on your unwanted items at this special event where you can check out the facility, grab a sausage from our sausage sizzle, see Council’s new Mobile Library Van in action, learn about the local flora and fauna and discover the many upcoming community programs happening throughout term 4. 

Did you know you can also recycle a range of materials at the Melton Recycling Facility including cardboard, electronics and metals? The best part? Its all free!

You may also be surprised by what treasures you can find at the Resale Shop including books, toys, furniture and homewares. Bring the family, bring your recyclables and spring into action for a cleaner, greener Melton!
