Celebrated speaker, author, and podcast host Joe Bakhmoutski is using his lived experience with cancer and mental health to share inspiration and practical ideas on finding hope and leading a happier, more fulfilled life.
Traumatic events can interrupt our flow of experience and have a long-lasting impact on the way that we live our lives. Childhood trauma survivor Joe is sharing insight from his latest book, "Finding Hope in Times of Uncertainty: A Guide to Thriving in the Challenging World of Today" and the role of self-acceptance, purposeful living and deep connection in helping us heal, give and grow.
