Kangatraining

Event Description

Kangatraining is more than a postnatal workout. It's an opportunity for mums to bond with their baby, build friendships with other mums and do something fun for themself, all whilst building their strength and fitness.
Kangatraining is an exercise class that incorporates dance and babywearing. It's specifically tailored for mothers postpartum and focuses on rebuilding and strengthening what was weakened during pregnancy and childbirth.

Notes & Requirements

Baby harness provided but parents can bring their own.
