Event Description

Journal writing is a great way to take what's on your mind and gently work through it so that it becomes a gift.

Journaling can improve your wellbeing by giving you a fresh perspective. It is designed to help you feel grounded, calm, happy and inspired.

In this online workshop, we'll explore a 5-step approach to journaling that will help you let go of what's on your mind, explore what your stress might really be about and be empowered to take action .

You will be guided by a qualified life-coach who will support you to put this process into practice.
