Event Description

The past 12 months have challenging for everyone, particularly young people. With remote learning, social distancing and being stuck in iso, you might be feeling a little overwhelmed or weighed down lately. That's where journaling can help! This simple, mindful practise can be a great way to work through whatever is on your mind and let go of stress.

In this workshop, you will learn a step by step approach to journal writing, complete with questions and prompts. This process is designed to help you clear your mind and allow you to focus on the good things in your life.

Please bring along a pen and notebook. Optional: hot chocolate or a cup of tea.
