Event Description

At times of stress, it can be easy to feel overwhelmed by life. Learn how to 'hack your brain' and stay on top of things in this session with four-time Australian Memory Sports Champion, Tansel Ali.

We'll explore the links between memory and storytelling, and Tansel will show us some practical exercises to help improve our memories, with tips for focusing on the positives.
