International Women's Day STEAM Stay And Play

Event Description

International Women's Day (IWD) is a global celebration of the achievements of women throughout history.

To celebrate IWD 2022, you're invited to join us in the library for a chance to be a STEAM specialist for a day!

Come and explore what the STEAM world has on offer for female identifying and non-binary individuals. Delivered in partnership with our friends from the Western BACE STEM Squad, this pop-up session will introduce you to tech in a supported and fun way. We'll also have a special guest appearance from Melton Arts & Culture exhibiting artist Annie Murray, who will share her tips and tricks for working with Augmented Reality.
