Journaling is a wonderful tool to instil mindful practice into your everyday routine.
In this workshop, you’ll be given your own journal to decorate through the craft of collage. Customise your journal with designs that make your heart sing and inspire you to put pen to paper.
Bring a friend or family member, have a cuppa and enjoy the craft-a-thon!
