Do you have an anxious child?
Almost all children experience fear and anxiety at some point. For some kids, it might be the dark, strangers, separation or even simply "the monster under the bed". This is a normal and healthy part of their development.
In contrast, some children experience ongoing anxiety that can be distressing and disruptive to family life. Sound familiar? Join this special event with best-selling author and anxiety educator Dr Jodi Richardson to learn how you can help. Together, we'll learn about the stages of developmental fears and anxieties in children, what happens in the brain and body when we are feeling anxious, and some powerful strategies to help reduce your child's anxiety.
Light refreshments will be provided from 6.30pm before our presentation at 7pm.
