Diwali, also known as the Festival of Lights, is an important time for our Hindu, Buddhist, Jain and Sikh community. It as a time to reflect with family and friends, and to ask for prosperity and wealth from the goddess, Lakshimi.

Join the Diwali celebrations at the library and learn about this wonderful cultural event through food, crafts, and fun activities for the whole family! Wear your most colourful outfits for a special Diwali-themed Toddler Time, Rangoli art, Diya oil lamp making and Henna tattooing.
