Join us this school holidays and enter into a state of mental silence, free from the unnecessary thoughts or worries that lead to many of life’s day to day stresses.

This family friendly yoga session is an opportunity to tune in and connect during gentle movements and guided meditation.

This special session for kids and families is perfect for some school holiday zen!

You are welcome to bring along your own mat (not required). Recommended for ages 5 - 8, plus guardians. Please make a booking for every person attending.
