Come and join this interactive and fun first aid session to equip yourself with some practical skills and knowledge of what to do in an emergency.

You will learn correct CPR techniques, basic bleeding control, the basics of snake bite, spider bite, asthma, anaphylaxis, burns and sprains and many more.

Arm yourself with the skills to be prepared for anything!
