R U OK? Day is an annual celebration dedicated to mental health and meaningful conversations. In celebration of R U OK? Day, join us to make your own affirmation cards designed to uplift and inspire!

Affirmations are short, positive statements designed to boost confidence and encourage mindfulness. In this workshop, we will show you how to design and print your own affirmation cards using Canva. Keep them for yourself to brighten your days, or share them with someone else to show some love!

Never used Canva? No problem. This session is designed for beginners.
