R U OK? Day is an annual celebration dedicated to mental health and meaningful conversations. In celebration of R U OK? Day, join us to make your own affirmation cards designed to uplift and inspire!

Create your cards with pencils, markers, paint, and more. Keep them for yourself to brighten your days, or share them with someone else to show some love! All materials will be provided.
