Share our love of reading, writing and storytelling at Youth Fest 2024!
Come along for free events to celebrate and empower our LGBTQIA+ community and allies from Tuesday 24 September to Thursday 26 September at Caroline Springs Library.
This workshop facilitated by author/illustrator Jes Layton (he/him, she/her) will focus on the art of graphic storytelling through comics. Graphic storytelling makes use of images, words, and design to communicate a narrative, message, or idea. It can take many forms, such as comics, graphic novels, animations, video games, infographics, and webtoons. In this interactive session, you'll gain all the tools you need to bring your own artistic imaginings to life.
Art materials and light refreshments will be provided.
