This Learning Festival, we encourage you to play with your food!
Poke bowls are a great way to get creative. Chef Carmen from Hou Mei Homemade, will teach you how to chop veggies, pickle them, and enhance the flavours of your bowl using simple ingredients and methods.
No cooking skills required – just curiosity and an appetite for something new!
