Laugh away your stress!
Did you know that laughing has lots of health benefits? It can help relieve pain and stress, as well as reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression.
In this unique session, Merv Neal from Laughter Yoga Australia will guide you through a series of exercises that will help you tap into your inner child, using intentional laughter, breathwork and play.
Children aged 10 years and over are welcome to attend with their parent or guardian. Please include any children in your booking.
