Event Description
Come and enjoy a gentle, relaxing and sensory-rich yoga session with your baby. A great bonding opportunity while learning useful techniques to stay physically and mentally healthy for both mum and baby, in a fun and interactive way. Presented by Chi Kin yoga + pilates, this program is aimed at mums, with babies 0-12 months.

Notes & Requirements
• Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in
• Yoga mats are provided
• Bring a comfy blanket or mat to rest your baby on at the top of your yoga mat during postures
• Bring anything your baby may need during the session.
For Mum's comfort and safety, we ask that attendees are over 6 weeks postpartum, and have been cleared for exercise by a doctor.
