How often are you asking yourself or friends and family, R U Okay? Three important words that can hold so much meaning. To acknowledge and show ourselves some love, we’ll be making our own set of motivational cards. You’ll be guided through a meditation to help you relax and sink into the right creative mindset before you move to the design and decoration part of the workshop! These little card sets will be the perfect pocket-sized friendly reminder to take with you throughout your day- keep them in your bag for when you need a reminder of all the nice things in your world, or gift them to someone to share some support and love.
