Event Description
Phulkari is a traditional embroidery technique, from the Indian state of Punjab. Learn the history and stories associated with this beautiful embroidery technique, which is passed down through generations, from mothers to daughters! Whether you have never embroidered before, or are a seasoned stitcher, you will learn something new with this technique.
Manjari Singh is a trained Fashion Designer, Indian textile researcher and textile artist. She has travelled across India and worked directly with artisans. She has been teaching embroidery workshops since 2017.
