Event Description
Both healthy eating, and incorporating a diet with adequate nutrition have many physical and mental health benefits, including preventing diseases. The Eating well for Diabetes program will support you to understand food education and better manage or reduce your risk of diabetes. This talk will be presented by a Western Health Dietitian.
