Event Description
Sometimes it’s hard making healthy choices and navigating the complex world of food names. Many foods appear to be healthy, but behind the shiny packaging spin is a more complex story. Come along to where we explore food facts and food fiction to better understand food labels and nutrients so we can make the best choices for ourselves and our loved ones. This talk will be presented by a Western Health Dietitian.
