Healthy eating habits start at home.
Giving your child healthy nutritious food is important for their growth and development. In this session, Melton City Council's Health Promotion Officer will discuss healthy eating for babies and children. Topics will include introducing solids, fussy eating, healthy kinder kids and healthy swaps.
We'll be sharing lots of resources and information, and you will have the chance to ask questions in this interactive session.
