Event Description
Cozy up with us in the library this Learning Festival as we learn all about the origins, brewing techniques and flavour profiles of tea. Most importantly, we will get to taste various teas from around the world!
Abier from the Islamic Museum will take us on a sensational journey as we learn the techniques on how to brew each tea to reach their fullest flavour potential, as well as understand the individual properties of each tea and their health benefits. Come along and spend time with others who share a love of food, and celebrating different cultures.
