Event Description

Join us for National Threatened Species Day and learn how to create habitat in your own backyard!

One of the best things we can do for our local threatened species is to increase habitat. Through planting indigenous grasses, shrubs and trees in your garden, you provide understory and coverage for our native insects, bees, birds, lizards, and frogs.

This workshop, facilitated by Jono Ingram from We Love Aintree, will provide you with the skills and knowledge required to get your gardens thriving, full of colour and birdsong!

Workshop attendees will receive free plants to get your gardens going!

This event is booked via the Melton Learning Directory - visit the website to book now.
